Turn Around Time and FAQ
- Each item is made to order.
- Our current turn around time for all READY TO SHIP ITEMS is 1-3 business days. For NON ready to ship items it is 14-21 business days (Mon-Fri) Due to carrier delays this is just an estimate for all orders. This does not include shipping time or holidays. To be sure to get your products faster check out our READY TO SHIP collection!
- Resin products have a turn around time of 2-3 weeks.
- Tumbler turn around time is approximately 4-6 weeks.

Q: My tracking information says my package was delivered, but it is not here. Where is my package?
A: Once a package leaves our possession, it is in the hand of the carrier (USPS/UPS). Please contact the carrier with your tracking number directly.
Q: How soon will I be refunded?
A: Once you have received an email detailing the refund it can take 2-8 business days depending on your financial institution to reflect on your account. Please contact your financial institution for further information.
Q. Why am I unable to get ahold of someone via social media?

Q. What sizes are offered for your shop and how do they run?
A: We offer sizes SMALL- 5XL (INVENTORY VARIES).
